Why You Are Qualified To Become An Online Coach

Are you waiting to become a coach because you don't feel qualified to actually help people?
This is one of the biggest things I've seen holding people back.
Today I'll show you an entirely new perspective to look at this from.
The problem is not a lack of skills or certification, not by a long shot.
What you really need is to truly CARE about a person, and to truly LOVE solving a certain problem for them.
From that place, you can develop the skills needed to serve them.
You can niche down and help them with a smaller piece of the problem, one you are sure you can solve.
You can even charge a bit less than you'd like at first.
You can even do it for free for the first few people!
How you "break in" to the coaching market isn't that important.
When I first started playing live music, I took 6 SHOTS of whiskey before my first gig!
The next gig, I only needed 5 shots🙂
Point being, I got over the hump (despite my questionable methods) and learned to play live in front of people (even without alcohol lol)
You need to find YOUR WAY to get over that initial hump and develop the confidence that you can help people.
A healthy morning routine with the right visualizations can work wonders for this as well.
Next, you must have a commitment to the DAILY development of the skills required to help your clients.
This is why you must choose a problem you really enjoy solving.
What do you already love working towards improving at every day?
What do you get up and work on, without being reminded to?
What do you love to talk about?
What do you love to learn about?
These are signposts to the problems you enjoy solving.
It's not just OK to help people with things you are still trying to figure out.
It's recommended.
Highly.
Now, if you truly care about the people you serve, a high level of integrity will come along with that.
You won't take money from them without giving them more value than what they paid for.
The world doesn’t need more people “looking to make money as a coach"
The world needs more people looking to help other people. People with a passion for serving, who have something they want to share that will improve the lives of others.
This is why the place that your heart is coming from is of key importance.
The good news is, the coaching industry is weeding out imposters at an ever accelerating pace.
Eventually, there will be no market for selling a crappy course that doesn't work and making a bunch of money from people.
Now is the time to ALIGN.
Who do you love to serve?
Who are you committed to?
What problems do you enjoy solving now, and will continue to enjoy for at least another 5 years?
The answers to these questions will become the foundation for a thriving coaching business that changes your life and changes the world.
Now is the time for you to go out and shine your light on the world.
