12 STEPS TO YOUR FIRST 12 HOUSES

One mistake I see new investors making is focusing on the WRONG stuff.

Thinking about step 6 without doing steps 1 and 2. 

Worrying about step 4 when it’s not possible to even do that without step 3.

And so on. 

The easiest way to approach this is to focus on the task in front of you.

And everytime thoughts/worry/doubts about the OTHER parts of the process pop up…

Squash them, keep your head down, and focus on the task at hand.

That’s the most surefire way to prevent yourself from getting derailed…

Because of this, I made a video outlining the “12 Steps To Your First 12 Houses”

These steps are IN ORDER...meaning you don’t need to focus on any step until ALL the previous steps have been completed. 

That should be relieving to you, because I know this whole process is A LOT and can be very overwhelming.
